Chase, H.O.A.
Yards of the Month
2009
October 2009

Always pretty and always cared
for is a repeat Yard of the Month on 99th St. belonging to Beverly
and Bob Spears. A member of the Silver Chase H. O. A. since 1988,
Beverly always takes great pride in their home and yard as evidenced
by the annual flowers and manicured shrubs.
September 2009

The home of the Millers sits
on the shortest cul-de-sac in Silver Chase addition. The restful
shade trees, flowing fountain make a quiet and secluded home for
David and Laura Millers young childrena and their dog, "Nacho".
August 2009

Shashi and Altaf Husain have
lived in Silver Chase since 1989. They both are doctors who lead
very busy professional lives. Their beautiful home on the Louisville
cul-de-sac is always well manicured and tastefully planted in
annuals. Their two children, Tiki and Manu, are in training to
doctors, themselves. The family interests are travelling, tennis
and the arts.

July 2009
The Fords moved to Silver
Chase in 2005 and have been improving their home on 99th street
ever since. Together they own and run Windows by Jeff full
time but still find time to do much of the improvement work themselves.
The twin Ford children, Rachel and Seth, are in Jenks high school.
The Ford pets are Rowdy, Puppy and Tigger the cat(who seems to
be "in charge" of the house).

June 2009
Gordon and Charlotte Guest
and their very busy family have a lovely home by the creek on
98th St. The three Guest children, Kate in middle school, Grant
in intermediate and Cambri in preparatory school are very busy
year-round. The family interests are tennis, golf, baseball soccer
and playing with Buddy, their dog. The Guests moved to Silver
Chase in 2001.

May 2009
At the corner of Louisville
and 98th Street is the home of John and Kay Strauss and Family.
The Strauss family moved into Silver Chase in 2005. Together they
have five children named Erika, Stacy, Erin, Eric and Emily who
have attended, or are presently attending, a wide variety of schools
from University of Kansas, Oklahoma State University and Booker
T. Washington HS. Congratulations on being selected the May Yard
of the Month in Silver Chase.

April 2009
The warm and homey "cottage"
of Marjory and Ed Hooker on the at 3319 E. 99th cul-de-sac has
looked like a storybook picture since 1982! While Ed is retired,
Marjory loves her work as a Docent at Gilcrease Museum and Southern
Tulsa Home and Garden Club. Azaleas and pansy truly highlight
their spring-time yard.
