The Meeting was called to order @ 7:05 p.m. by President, Jim Lewis

The Election of New Officers was held with the following results:

a. Jim Lewis – President
b. Donna Goudelock – Vice President
c. Tom Payne – Treasurer
d. Loray Brady – Secretary

The Minutes from the 2007 HOA Meeting were read and approved

The Treasurer’s Report was read and approved (Dues for 2008 have increased to $150/yr).

The Old Business from 2007 was discussed and approved. (Updates were given regarding the sink hole on 98th St., “Yard of the Month”, Silver Chase website, Coyote/Wolf Control, Gated Community Issues, Parking of Campers and Trucks in Neighborhood).

New Business included:
” Sink Hole on 98th St. was repaired in a satisfactory manner
” Underground refined oil pressure lines that are obsolete
” Repair of damaged entrance sign at Louisville entrance & action being taken by Tom Payne to obtain a contractor for repairs
” Paul Gee will once again pursue speed bumps for the neighborhood in an effort to slow down traffic
” Kieth Goudelock was asked to investigate perimeter fencing for 101st Street
” Reminder to keep pets on leashes or in fenced areas, instead of roaming the neighborhood
” Directory update to be forthcoming
